Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Mix all dry ingredients and spices.
Whisk all wet ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour, 40-50 minutes.
Notes
Original recipe calls for baking 1:10-1:25 at 350 F. Noted to try lower temp, longer bake.
Can also be made in a breadmaker:
Put in wet first.
Add dry second.
5 min stir, 2 min rest, 18 min stir, 85 min bake
