Double Dark Chocolate Scones

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Stir together dry ingredients in a stand mixer.
Stir in butter until crumbly.
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, cream, and vanilla.
Stir chocolate into dry mix.
Stir in liquid until a slightly dry dough forms.
Knead on a floured surface.
Press into two discs about 3/4 to 1 inch thick.
Cut each disc into 6 triangles.
Bake on parchment 1 inch apart for 14 minutes.
Notes
Can top scones with powdered sugar, white chocolate glaze, etc.
